FT-AI | Titan Engineering Assistant
With the FT-AI | Titan Engineering Assistant by Form & Technik, we combine decades of titanium expertise with the capabilities of modern AI-assisted engineering. Technical materials knowledge, typical requirement profiles and relevant decision criteria have been brought together in an intelligently structured digital engineering assistant.
Based on your project description, the FT-AI | Titan Engineering Assistant guides you through key technical parameters and relevant decision criteria. This makes specialized titanium expertise digitally and immediately accessible at an early stage of your project.
Is titanium suitable for your project?
Whether titanium is suitable for an application depends on various technical requirements. Temperature, mechanical loads, corrosion conditions, manufacturing processes and other operating parameters all play an important role in selecting the right material.
The FT-AI | Titan Engineering Assistant by Form & Technik supports you in the structured assessment of your project. In the next step, describe your application and the technical conditions already known.
The results provide non-binding initial guidance and do not replace individual technical consultation.
Describe your application. The assistant identifies typical requirements, asks targeted technical questions and provides an initial technical orientation.
Helpful information includes medium, temperature, pressure, loads, weldability and product form.

Titanium FT-12 may be a strong fit
For applications requiring excellent formability, fatigue performance, oxidation resistance and cyclic thermal loading, FT-12 should be evaluated. The defined continuous-temperature limit is 550 °C; dimensional stability is specified up to approx. 750 °C.
