Titanium Forgings

Titanium forgings are also part of our extensive product portfolio, although they represent a smaller segment of our overall titanium product range.

Due to confidentiality agreements and contractual obligations, we are unfortunately unable to showcase many of the components we manufacture for the medical technology and aerospace industries. For this reason, we have limited the following selection to representative examples from our forging capabilities.

We also supply near-net-shape hot isothermal forged titanium components. Isothermal forging is particularly suitable for complex geometries, tight tolerances and demanding applications.

Isothermal Forging under Vacuum Conditions

Vacuum isothermal forging has been used for many years in the forming of high-alloy stainless steels, titanium, molybdenum, and advanced alloys.
Components manufactured using this process are characterized by outstanding physical properties, including high strength at elevated temperatures. These parts are predominantly used in aircraft engines and power generation turbines.

A further advantage of vacuum isothermal forging is its ability to produce near-net-shape components of exceptional quality, reducing machining requirements while ensuring excellent dimensional accuracy.
